Bloomberg News: “Big Take Asia” podcast (story editor), 2025. Grace was responsible for factual representation, editorial direction, structure and narrative arc of Big Take Asia podcast episodes, which focus on original, global and financial news. She also worked closely on episode decision-making related to journalism, ethics and narrative storytelling in each episode, and am responsible for line editing episodes and final decision making on journalistic or audio calls. The role involved collaborating with a larger, global editorial and production podcast team (including in New York, Washington D.C. and Hong Kong) as well as alongside reporters and editors in Bloomberg’s wider newsroom. Future Women: “At What Cost?” podcast (executive producer), 2025. As executive producer of this limited-series podcast, made in collaboration with client The Parenthood, Grace’s key responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing expert talent and case studies; overseeing the narrative arc of all episodes and the overall podcast; scripting all episodes, integrating interview audio, soundscape recommendations; contributing to PR strategy; liaising with project partners and other stakeholders; producing trailers and promo episodes; and supervising research and other work by a small team. 360info: “Leave it to the Experts” podcast (producer), 2024. Occasionally scripted, researched, produced and narrated podcast episodes, including narrating occasional ‘From the Wire’ mini-episodes. This ‘Leave it to the Experts’ episode she co-scripted, co-produced and narrated, ‘The planet is in crisis, so why aren’t we all listening?’, gained more than 8000 views on YouTube alone. ABCs: “Ladies We Need to Talk” podcast and “Stop Everything!” podcast (digital article writer), 2021-2023. As a digital reporter at the ABC, Grace served as ABC Everyday’s key collaborative contact with ABC Audio Studios’ popular “Ladies We Need to Talk” podcast and, occasionally, other podcasts including “Stop Everything!”. While not producing these podcasts herself, Grace regularly liaised with the ABC Audio Studios team and created digital articles to amplify the podcasts’ reach, sometimes interviewing podcast talent. Freelance: “Beyond Hysterical” podcast (creator, executive producer and host), 2025. “Beyond Hysterical,” funded by the prestigious Walkley Foundation’s Solutions Journalism Fund, is a six-part narrative journalism podcast exploring solutions to medical misogyny through interviews with lived experience advocates, researchers, policy-makers and other experts. Hooked on Grace’s own experience with misdiagnosis and chronic illness and integrating a range of compelling case studies, ‘Beyond Hysterical’ is set to launch winter 2025.
