Grace’s reporting work covers a broad range of topics including health, gender equity, current affairs, geopolitics, social justice and finance.

Her journalism has been published by the ABC, The Guardian, New Statesman, News.com.au, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, Crikey.com.au, New Statesman, Ms. Magazine, Mamamia, 9Honey, Future Women, Kidspot and Hire Up, among others.

Grace received a prestigious Walkley Foundation Solutions Journalism Grant in 2025, and was a Melbourne Press Club Quill Awards finalist in 2024. She also won second place in The Writing Prize 2024, administered by Future Leaders. She was a 2022 Walkleys Our Watch fellow. In 2018, she received a Michael Gordon Fellowship from the Melbourne Press Club to complete a series of articles on refugees in regional Australia. She also won a Red Cross journalism award in 2013. Grace was also honoured to be a judge at the Walkley Foundation’s 2025 mid-year prizes (reporting on violence against women and children category).
